Respected Sir,
Resignation
Letter for a University Choir Treasurer
Please
accept this letter as my resignation from my position as treasurer with the University
of Buea Choir. My final day acting in this capacity will be February 10, 2023.
I have decided to pursuit a career as a Lab technician in Limbe and am no
longer able to handle the time commitment this position requires.
I
would like to take this chance to thank you for the opportunity to have worked
in the position for the past 13 months. I have learned a great deal during my
time here and have enjoyed collaborating with my colleagues. I will take a lot
of what I have learned with me in my career and will look back at my time here
as a valuable period of my professional life.
Should you require anything else of me, don’t hesitate to reach out to +(237)674-xxx-245.
Sincerely,
Elad
Nadine

How long should be your resignation
letter?
Keep
your letter brief and direct to the point. No need beating around the push.
Write
your resignation letter in 3 key paragraphs. In the first paragraph, try to
mentioned the post you held, also try to mentioned the day you want to officially
quit. This would help the organisation or authority in charged to be able to
seek for a replacement or take actions as soon as possible to fill the gap.
In
your second paragraph, try to give your valid reasons for your resignation. The
last paragraphs should be all about thanking te authority or organisation for
the great time and experiences you had enjoy been in the organisation.
How do I handle my resignation
letter notice?
A resignation letter should be something you do on Phone, its always good to inform the authority in charge and express your reasons for your resignation. Also, try as possible to be the one handing the resignation letter yourself than sending someone to do it for you.
